Your control and responsibilities

Use only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review the selected account, scope, count and messages before confirming an action. Operations alter your mailbox at Google or Microsoft. Back up important mail independently. Inbox Clear does not guarantee that moved messages can always be restored: provider retention, subsequent changes, account access and network failures can affect recovery.

Availability and limits

The app is not yet publicly released. Gmail cleaning and Outlook personal-account reading have different capabilities; future provider support is not promised. Operations are limited to 500 per confirmation and remain subject to provider quotas and network availability. The app is an independent product, not endorsed by Google, Microsoft or Apple.

Advertising and purchase

The intended model is free with ads and an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase to remove ads. It is not a subscription and does not change core cleaning functions. Apple displays the local price and handles billing, applicable taxes and refunds. Restore Purchases requires the Apple Account used for the purchase. No payment is collected by this website.

Privacy, changes and rights

Read our privacy policy. Features can change as providers and platform requirements evolve. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Stop using the app and revoke access if you no longer agree to its operation.
